We service most models of TV’s, Computer Monitors and other electronic devices. We think you will find our services both professional and economical. Here is a small example of our services.
Diagnosis: FREE
- This fee is waived if the completed repair is greater then $65.00
- It’s $50 if customer chooses not to complete the repair after diagnosis.
Monitor/TV screen blank: $40.00 + Parts
- This is probably the most common problem with both LCD computer monitors and TV’s. If it’s a older model and not LED backlit, then their is a very good chance the fluorescent tube(s) have either burned out or broke. Either way we can repair or replace these. If this is the case, it’s highly recommended that we upgrade your monitor to the newer LED backlight that is much more robust.
Monitor/TV screen blank and nothing lit: $50 + Parts
- This is also a common problem where the power supply capacitors need to be replaced at an additional charge.
General Troubleshooting: $65/Hour + Parts
- This would include most everything that isn’t covered above.
On Location visit: $65/Hour + Parts
- Sometimes the only way to resolve an issue is to be on-sight. This is normally to resolve TV reception or other hardware issues. (Additional charges might apply if the device is very heavy).
GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT: All the above is just a sample of our charges. You will receive a quote before any work is started. If for some reason the repair will go over our agreed upon quote we will contact the customer to discuss the issue. Hourly charges are rounded up to the nearest 1/2 hour. Thoughts: Consider the age of the device and the possible costs to service an older device. These days some devices just aren’t worth repairing.
