Here is a small example of our services.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diagnosis: FREE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #333333;\">\n<li>This fee is waived if the completed repair is greater then $65.00<\/li>\n<li>It\u2019s $50 if customer chooses not to complete the repair after diagnosis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Monitor\/TV screen blank: \u00a0$40.00 + Parts<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is probably the most common problem with both LCD computer monitors and TV&#8217;s. \u00a0If it&#8217;s a older model and not LED backlit, then their is a very good chance the fluorescent tube(s) have either burned out or broke. \u00a0Either way we can repair or replace these. \u00a0If this is the case, it&#8217;s highly recommended that we upgrade your monitor to the newer LED backlight that is much more robust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Monitor\/TV screen blank and nothing lit: $50 + Parts<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is also a common problem where the power supply capacitors need to be replaced at an additional charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>General Troubleshooting: $65\/Hour + Parts<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This would include most everything that isn&#8217;t covered above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>On Location visit: $65\/Hour + Parts<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sometimes the only way to resolve an issue is to be on-sight. \u00a0This is normally to resolve TV reception or other hardware issues. (Additional charges might apply if the device\u00a0is very heavy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT:<\/strong>\u00a0All the above is just a sample of our charges. \u00a0You will receive a quote before any work is started. If for some reason the repair will go over our agreed upon quote we will contact the customer to discuss the issue.
